Variety - We have a diverse range of programs in a variety of locations, ensuring your work doesn’t become repetitive. From Outdoor Education programs to Experiential Extended stays in the outback, you’ll find yourself somewhere different most weeks of the year.
Stability - Thanks to our range of programs, we can guarantee and lock in your days and dates in the field well in advance so you can fill up the rest of your calendar with other fun adventures.
Reliability - We believe consistency is key and this applies to the work we offer our staff. We have programs running all year-round so there’s no question on if you’ll have work in a particular period of time. We run extended stay programs as well as long expeditions in our calendar, filling in the usual ‘down’ time of seasonal outdoor work.
