We love having aspiring Outdoor Leaders joining us, learning ‘the ropes’ and how to conduct themselves as developing leaders in the industry! We believe everyone is always learning and has much to offer no matter their experience levels. So, if you’re interested in leading in the outdoors and seeing others grow in the best classroom there is, we’re here to get you certified with the best team you can find!

Through a traineeship with Boomerang Adventures you’ll undertake field practice along side your training, making sure you’re putting your newly developed skillsets into practice! Our diverse programs and range of locations expose you to managing groups in different conditions alongside our qualified staff.
