Terms and Conditions
The terms, conditions and limitations of liability are clearly explained here under.
Payment of a deposit to Boomerang Adventures, or the completion of a booking form for a selected tour, represents acceptance by the purchaser of the following terms and conditions.
1. A $200 deposit is required to reserve your seat on your selected tour.
2. Payment of the balance must be made by July 1, 2010. If a booking is made after this date, the complete amount for the tour must be paid in full to reserve your seat. Failure to pay the full amount by this date will result in the cancellation of your reservation and loss of the full deposit.
3. Cancellation fees are as follows
- Prior to July 1 2010, $ 30 administration fee
- July 1 2010 to two weeks prior to departure will result in 40 % of full
fare
- 8 – 14 days will result in 80 % of full fare
- 1- 7 day prior to departure date will result in 100% of total fare
There will be no refund once the selected tour has begun
4. The itinerary should be used only as a guide. Boomerang Adventures reserves the right to alter the itinerary in any way it sees fit. Boomerang Adventures can not be held responsible for weather conditions and may need to alter some or all of the activities if weather conditions do not allow for the safe participation in the suggested activities.
5. While Boomerang Adventures will make every effort to safeguard against unforseen circumstances, we hereby give notice that arrangements made by Boomerang Adventures for transport, accommodation and the itinerary of events are made on the condition that we will not be held liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason, or any defect in any vehicle, or through arrangements made by any other company, accommodation or provider we deal with. Boomerang Adventures accepts no responsibility for loss or additional expenses due to delays, sickness, weather, strikes, or any other causes. All such losses will be borne by the purchaser.
6. All passengers on Boomerang Adventures Tours will be required to complete an indemnity form and comprehensive medical form (confidential). Those passengers under the age of 18 will need to have this form signed by a parent or guardian.
7. Boomerang Adventures STRONGLY recommends you take out personal comprehensive travel insurance to safe guard against any unforseen circumstances, such as cancellation, sickness or loss or damage to property.
